The 2022-2023 school year is rapidly approaching the 1st Day of School. We have been working hard this summer to prepare for an amazing school year. Our Campus Principals, Counselors, Teachers, Custodians, Maintenance, and Transportation departments have been working diligently throughout the summer to have everything ready to go for the upcoming school year.
To help facilitate a great year, Harmony ISD has incorporated a variety of tools to help communicate the different activities and announcements happening across the district. To help, I have listed a few of the communication tools below that will be utilized throughout the school year.

Automated Communications:
Harmony ISD uses information from student registration to update our phone numbers and automated systems. This will allow Harmony ISD to send text message alerts, school broadcasts, and more to the phone number provided. Please be sure to provide an accurate working phone number.

Athletic Communications
Our Athletic Department will be utilizing the SportsYou app to update on practices, games, schedule changes and other announcements for Sports. Each team will have a specific code. The head coach for each sport will share the code with parents and students.

Our students and teachers will utilize Google Classroom this year. Google Classroom allows our teachers and students to organize classroom assignments and classroom activities.
Monitoring Grades/Attendance:
Harmony ISD utilizes Ascender Parent Portal for parents to access their student’s grades throughout the school year. Parent Portal access will be turned on and active after the start of school.
Access code letters will be shared within the coming weeks for parents to create accounts. For existing accounts, simply log in and continue to monitor your child.
