Great job by the Eagles last night as they sweep to win the Bi-District Championship against Redwater. Pitchers Tittle Johnson and Seahorn threw really well striking out 14 Dragons in the two games. The Eagles had 19 hits including 5 Doubles Young had 3 of those, Patterson and Trimble also doubled for the Eagles, Patterson and Trimble also had a triple each, and an absolute bomb by Braxton Baker! Trimble lead RBIs on the night with 7. Great games. The Eagles will play in Longview Thursday 7:00, Friday 7:00 and Saturday (if needed ) 12:00 against the winner of the Troup Dangerfield series.. Update on baseball from Coach Whitworth- Baseball may play a double header tonight. If the first game is over by 8:00, Game 2 will immediately follow. If game 1 finishes after 8:00, then we will stay on the normal schedule. I appreciate your patience during this time. We cannot dictate weather.. so if we can avoid the possibility of getting rained out tomorrow we will. Again I appreciate your patience.
