Congratulations to our 7th and 8th grade boys on winning the Beckville JH Track Meet last night.
We’re excited to welcome Harmony graduates Katie and Daven Murphree back to our school community!
While attending Harmony High School, Daven made school history by winning the 2A State Championship in the pole vault for three consecutive years. He went on to compete at Stephen F. Austin State University, where he was a four-year Southland Conference pole vaulter, a four-time NCAA First Round National Qualifier, and earned Academic All-American honors in 2015.
Daven currently serves at Mineola ISD as Offensive Coordinator and Head Girls Track Coach.
Daven will be teaching and coaching at the high school campus, and Katie will be teaching at the elementary campus in the fall.
