Harmony Junior High would like to say thank you to our school board members for their unwavering support and commitment to both our staff and students. Their dedication plays a pivotal role in our success, and we are deeply grateful for all that they do to help us excel.
Do you have photos you want to submit to the HJH yearbook? Simply upload your photos using the Lifetouch community upload site (community.lifetouch.com) and enter our school’s unique school code HJH-EAGLES-25 to submit photos to be considered in the yearbook. The photos need to be from school events, i.e. cross country, volleyball, football, choir/ band concert, etc. and of HJH students only.
Congratulations to Julie Alphin on being awarded Teacher of the Year from VFW Post 6715! It's a testament to her dedication and hard work in inspiring and educating others. A well-deserved honor!
HJH Student Council members are collecting stuffed animals for the Upshur County Sherriff Department. These animals will be used to give to children who may be scared and need an extra hug. There is a box located at the main entrance of HJH for the donated animals.

As Principal of Harmony Junior High, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the many blessings in my life. I am truly thankful for my God, my wonderful family, and my amazing Harmony ISD family. Being a part of this great school district and community fills me with joy and appreciation.

Junior High Boys Basketball
Reminder: Due to Harmony HS football playoff game being played tonight, the JH boys basketball game has been moved from tonight to February 10, 2025.

Our Boy Scout Troop 314 students proudly raise and lower the flags each school day for our school. On this Veterans Day, we take a moment to remember and honor all the men and women who have served in the military, both during times of war and peace. We are grateful for their service and the sacrifices they have made.

Harmony Junior High would like to congratulate the Harmony High School band for qualifying and competing in the UIL State Marching contest in Waco yesterday. You all competed well and made Harmony ISD proud. Keep up the hard work and GO EAGLES!!!

Eight seventh and eighth grade members of the Harmony JH Choir auditioned Saturday, October 19, 2024, for the Region 4 Middle School Treble Choir at Sulphur Springs Middle School. Five of those auditioning were named to the All-Region Middle School Treble Choir. They are: eighth graders Brooklyn Garcia, Eve Schafer, and Layla Samples, and seventh graders Jintri Williamson and Skyler Lewis. The All-Region Choir will be performing at Mt. Pleasant High School on Saturday, November 9.
